• Deadline for delivery of final papers: February 20th, 2009
• Acceptance of final papers: March 8th, 2009
• Early registration and authors registration: Extended deadline: March 29, 2009
   
• Conference: June 22nd - 24th, 2009

Note that authors are required to register within 21th of March in order for their paper to appear in the printed version of the proceedings.

Cancellation terms/Liability

Registrations are binding.
Cancellations must be received in writing by the Symposium Secretariat - e-mail: smp09@videre.ntnu.no

Cancellation of Symposium Registration Fee:

• Cancellation before 21st of March: Refund with a 10% administrative charge deducted.
• Cancellation before 21st of May: Refund of 70%.
• Cancellation before 17th of June: Refund of 50%.
• There is no refund for cancellations after 17th of June 2009, but registration may be transferred to another person up to the start date of the symposium.
